Hayden Reeves is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care for individuals recovering from motor vehicle collisions and other personal injuries.

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Hayden spent six years in emergency medicine as a Registered Nurse, including one year in a Pediatric Emergency Department and five years in a high-volume adult Emergency Department. Caring for patients during some of the most critical moments of their lives provided a strong foundation in trauma assessment, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and complex medical decision-making.

Building on that experience, Hayden now specializes in comprehensive personal injury evaluations, ongoing medical management, and coordinating multidisciplinary care throughout each patient's treatment. She performs detailed injury assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, monitors clinical progress, and collaborates with specialists to help ensure patients receive the care most appropriate for their injuries.

Hayden believes exceptional injury care extends beyond diagnosing injuries—it requires listening to each patient's story, providing compassionate guidance, and maintaining thorough, objective medical documentation that accurately reflects each patient's injuries, treatment, and clinical progress.  Philias Turcotte is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, where he specialized in neurosurgery, complex spinal disorders, neurological conditions, and advanced patient care. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside nationally recognized neurosurgeons, providing comprehensive care for patients with traumatic injuries, degenerative spine disease, peripheral nerve disorders, and other complex neurological conditions.

During his tenure at Mayo Clinic, Philias participated in the evaluation and management of thousands of patients with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders, traumatic brain injuries, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, disc herniations, and peripheral nerve conditions. His extensive experience in both the clinic and operating room provides exceptional insight into diagnosing complex injuries, determining appropriate treatment pathways, and recognizing when advanced interventions or surgical consultation may be necessary.
